Councillor Preben Vangberg

Preben Vangberg is one of five councillors for the Pandy ward on Llanfairfechan Town Council. He is a member of the finance committee and sits as a town council representative on the Friends of Llanfairfechan Library Steering Group. He is also a member of the Llanfairfechan Town Twinning Steering Group.
